At Tree of Life, we reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion. This may occur due to limitations on available quantities, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or defects in the product. If your order is canceled after payment, we will refund the amount to your credit card account. We may also require additional verifications before accepting an order.
Once you click ‘Place/Confirm Order,’ your items begin processing immediately. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders or items after you have received your shipping notification. To make changes, please refer to our return and exchange policies below.
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:
- Record a Video: When unpacking your product, record a video. If you find any damage, immediately send the video to marketing@treeoflifekuwait.com or WhatsApp +965-98013697. Returns are only accepted if damage is reported promptly and the video is provided.
- Eligibility for Return: Products can be returned if they are faulty, defective, or physically damaged. This includes receiving the wrong item or incorrect color/size.
- Customer Obligation: Before accepting delivery, verify the product’s size, content, and color. Refuse delivery if the product is damaged. Complaints regarding product discrepancies or damages after acceptance will not be entertained.
- Request for Exchange: If you receive a product that does not fit, is the wrong size, or does not match the description, contact us within 1 day of delivery at marketing@treeoflifekuwait.com or WhatsApp +965-98013697. We will arrange an exchange within 5 working days through our courier partners.
- Free Pickup and Exchange: We offer a free pickup and exchange service (up to 1 time only). Ensure that items are returned in their original state. Exchanges are possible for items of equal or higher price, except for items explicitly marked as non-exchangeable.
Note: Some items cannot be exchanged. Check the product listing for specific terms before placing your order.
- Condition of Returned Items: If a returned item is damaged or not in its original condition, we may reject the exchange or return request. The responsibility of proving the item’s condition before packaging and shipping lies with the customer.
- Handling Damaged Items: Damaged items will not be refunded, and customers will need to pay for shipping to return the damaged item.
