Delivery Policy
We offer flexible delivery options across Kuwait:
- Standard Delivery: 2 KWD – 3 KWD (depending on location)
Delivery schedules depend on your location and product availability. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before our daily cut-off time.
Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict yet fair return and exchange policy for artificial plants and décor items in Kuwait.
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for exchange purposes.
- Timeframe: Products must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be:
- In their original packaging
- Unused and unopened (especially for plant products)
- In clean, sellable condition
⚠️ Plants that have been opened, used, watered, or repotted are not eligible for exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Opened or repotted plants
- Damaged items due to customer misuse
- Customized or made-to-order décor pieces
