  Returns

  To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:

  • Returns are only accepted if damage is reported promptly and the video is provided.
  • Eligibility for Return: Products can be returned if they are faulty, defective, or physically damaged. This includes receiving the wrong item or incorrect color/size.
  • Customer Obligation: Before accepting delivery, verify the product’s size, content, and color. Refuse delivery if the product is damaged.
  • Complaints regarding product discrepancies or damages after acceptance will not be entertained.
